and we'll take a look and try and fix it as soon as possible. We usually
don't answer these emails, but we do keep them on file.

These were known bugs, but have recently been fixed
- Bandwidth used on a day is counted towards the next day. This means bandwidth used on the last day of the month, is counted on the first day of next month
- The 'Archive' option on the Mailbox screen doesn't work under IE if you do a 'Secure Login'
- Clicking 'Address book' on the compose screen with a bad email address takes you to the 'Fix addresses' screen, but you can't cancel that screen to get back
- Retrieving malformed emails (usually spam) from remote POP servers will cause retrieve errors each time the retrieve is attempted
- Sent are in the GMT timezone, not the sender's timezone
- Virus/Spam checking doesn't work on emails sent to an alias; Virus protection doesn't work on emails retrieved through POP links
- Sending from to a non-existant user returns a 'Unexpected internal error' message, rather than just 'user not found'
- Attachments added to messages aren't saved if you save the message as a draft
- Editing a message in the Drafts folder removes it from the folder
- The poll window isn't working on NS4 or IE5 at the moment
- Footer on browsers without CSS support is hard to read
- Archive screen sometimes returns empty zip files
- Replying to emails to certain providers sends double spaced lines
- Style sheets are only sent to IE5.0 and Mozilla browsers
- Attached files aren't getting the correct MIME type, they usally get application/unknown instead
- Certain operations that send you over quota cause large internal error messages
- Some gif files seem to get corrupted on downloading
- Some zip files from 'Get all compressed' are corrupted
- Passwords with certain funny chars in them are causing problems
- POP servers without a UIDL command (rare it seems) aren't working
- Messages retrieved from Hotmail and then redirected are being broken
- Some file downloads don't work, takes you back to mailbox screen
- Poll window goes back to mailbox after 15/30/60 mins rather than refreshing
- Pop retrieves which take longer than 15 seconds and return 'In progress' sometimes have problems completing
- Folder names with trailing spaces are causing problems
- Certain POP retrieve errors say they're including the message header, but include way more
- Logging in a clicking 'Back', or clicking 'Login' twice after a short
break can give an 'Internal consistency error'
- Text/enriched MIME parts are not displaying in the View screen
- Use 'Reply-to' field when replying to a message
- Your timezone isn't tracked. You have to change for daylight savings manually 2 times a year
- Searching for non-english chars on the Search screen fails
- Using the username+folder@fastmail.fm addressing only works if the folder name is all lower case
- Clicking name on email in 'Sent Items' folder creates email to From address, not to the shown To address
