  1. What's the notepad screen for?
  2. The notepad screen lets you store commonly used information at FastMail.FM. You can put any text you want on a notepad page. Each page can be up to 64 K in size. Notepad pages don't count towards your disk or bandwidth quota. The number of pages you can create depends on your service level.

  3. How secure are notepad pages?
  4. Notepad pages aren't encrypted, but if you use a secure login, then any information sent between you and FastMail.FM will be encrypted. Since only you have access to your FastMail.FM account, only you will be able to read the notepad pages.

  7. What does the "Is quick note?" checkbox do?
  8. This marks the note you are editing as a quicknote, which can be inserted into your mails through the Compose screen. This makes it easy to send people often-used information. Also see this FAQ entry
